What times are you open?

We're available 7:30am-5:00pm (EST) Monday thru Friday, and 8am-3pm Sat. The retail store is open for “Will Call” pick ups from 7:30am-6:00pm Monday thru Friday, and 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday.

 

Why does your site ask for my VIN during checkout?

When the VIN is used in the Toyota catalog it gives us all the trim level, production date and any other information we may need to insure you get the correct parts. Without it we “assume” you were given the part numbers from a reliable source.

 

Which is the left or right side.

This is always determined as if you are sitting in the drivers seat. So the driver’s side in the left and the passenger is the right.

 

Do you sell genuine OEM parts?

We are a Toyota dealership and sell nothing but Genuine Toyota parts.

 

What kind of warranty do your parts have?

As with any Toyota part you would purchase from your dealership it has a 12 month unlimited mileage nationwide warranty.

 

How can I tell if my part is in stock?

The only way to tell for sure that we have it “in store” is to call. If we do not have it in the store, and the order is placed by 3:30pm EST we can typically have it the following morning out of our local warehouse. If our local warehouse doesn’t have it will be allocated from another Toyota PDC and that will take additional time.

 

How long before my order ships?

Typically “in stock” orders ship within 24 hours. If any parts on your order have to be pull from our local warehouse it will be 48 hours. Some special orders may take longer. If you need something quick and can’t wait, call us and we will be able to let you know how long something may take.

 

How can I cancel my order if need be?

Until we ship your order just contact us and let us know you want to cancel it and we will handle it from there.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards M/C, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.

 

What shipping methods do you use?

Our preferred method(s) of shipping is UPS and USPS.

 

What if I need expedite my order?

During checkout there are choices to ship quicker. These methods only work if the parts are in store. If they have to be pulled from a different warehouse we will contact you to let you know of the delay.

 

What items will you not ship?

We do not ship large body parts (ie bumpers, fenders, hoods, hatches, core supports, quarter panels, windshields, back glasses), ANY batteries, or fluids.  The catalog may allow you to add these items to the cart, but we will cancel it when we receive the order.  The reason for this is the astronomical charges for large parts and the high frequency of damage to said parts upon delivery, or the cost of hazardous materials and the packaging.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Do you ship Hazardous Materials? 

Yes some. Pre-tensioned seat belts, and airbags are able to be shipped. Any liquids we do not. Hybrid batteries we do not because it requires a Hybrid tech to ready the core to return it to Toyota. 12v starting batteries can not be shipped but are available to be picked up locally at our retail counter.

 

Can we pick things up at Sunnyside Toyota parts?  

 Yes. During checkout in the comment section just state you would like to pick your order up, and we will remove the shipping cost and send you an email and let you know when your order is ready for pick up.
